After you complete this form, simply ship us your laptop along with a printed copy of the invoice you receive in your confirmation email. Once your laptop is received by us you will be contacted to approve any additional upgrade costs and your choice of return shipping options. Basic domestic shiping within the U.S. is 24.99.
